Responsibilities include overall maintenance and operations of the
telecommunications network hardware and software. Most important impact
is in providing quality service to our customer. Essential
accountabilities include routine service orders, trouble tickets,
maintenance of plant records, switching, outage restoral including
on-call duties, plan and develop solutions to customer equipment,
routine and preventive maintenance, install, test, upgrade and
activating network and support equipment.
Qualifications needed include a two-year degree or credentials in
telecommunications, 2 years or more experience in the industry, and the
ability to obtain a class A drivers license.
