Here are some things to remember when switching to VisionDirect™ Digital Cable TV

• Package prices do not include mandated regulatory charges like video copyright fees, regulatory fees, access fees, and taxes. For example, if you have signed up for Family Basic at $29.95/mo, this price DOES NOT include the mandated fees.
• Your first bill may be larger than a normal monthly bill because it will include pro-rated charges. Your service will be pro-rated from the start of service until the bill cycle starts, plus the next month's charges. Be aware that your first bill from us may be for up to 2 months of service depending upon the date your service was activated.
• All customers are responsible for disconnecting any existing television services with their current provider. We advise all of our new VISIONDIRECT™ customers NOT to disconnect their current service until VISIONDIRECT™ services are installed and operational.
• We would like to offer you Voice Mail and Caller ID FREE for one month as a courtesy for you to see how they integrate with your system. Please call our office at 587-2323 to have our Customer Service Representatives add these features. Please remember that these services will remain in effect and you will be billed for them until you call us to disconnect them.
